DEVELOPING VISION: This is a course that helps you be in relationship with the energetics of the dating world world specifically in New York but also in other cities too. It’s not a simple formula but rather a guide that can help you grow into your own vision (insight), depth, truth and purpose — so that you can enter the dating world on an empowered footing. If you don’t live in a city then skim the first two chapters and dive in fully at chapter three.
This course can also be used by people re-entering any dating scene after a period of heartbreak or transformation. Each city has a different dating scene dynamic, but since New York is the most challenging and dense, we have chosen to base it here. If you are based in LA, London or another city in the Western world, know that you can adapt the content to that city. Know that the challenges in those cities could be different — and probably not as intense. You can comment on these differences in the comments section below and I will respond in turn.
WAKING UP: As you develop your own vision and awaken to life in all its complexities and beauty, know that you are making way for a life that is more truly aligned with your soul’s growth. The more you evolve in this way, the easier it is to make positive changes in your life and call in abundance and new love. But you need to do the work — and to awaken — to fully prosper.

Before we begin
CONTENT: This course includes both written exercises (for deeper conscious integration) and journalling that can give you clarity on your intentions and issues in dating.
TRIGGERS: This course is meant to be explorative and transformational in a gentle way, but if you feel triggered you can contact a therapist or friend to help you through any feelings that come up during this workshop. It is natural and normal to feel triggered by loss, despair or sadness when you get back into the dating game.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS WORKSHOP: We ask you to create a quiet and safe place where you can do this workshop alone, without being interrupted. You’ll need a journal, pen, and earphones.
You can do a chapter at a time or complete it all in a few hours.
You can comment in the comment sections on your journey, ask any questions you have and you can also read what other people are going through. Feel free to respond to other’s questions whilst keeping it respectful and conscious.
