Welcome to clarity … and hope
Or how to navigate a tough Pluto transit.
@Stocksy
When Pluto is taking a spin around your chart and your life you’ll feel different. Intense. Brooding. Victimy. Agressive. With Saturn you’ll feel stuck, sharp, angular or what I like to call Fucktangular. The universe is not giving you any breaks, forcing you to double down and learn about growth the hard way.
With Pluto, you will deal with issues, sensations or sensitivities surrounding:
@stocksy
death change.
regeneration power
victim/predator trauma
the depths depression inner child
sadness inner wildness rage desire sudden shocks accidents. kundalini attacks aggression
arguments nurturing
dark clouds
With Saturn transits, you’re being tested and asked by The Universe to stand tall, clean up, re-structure, organize, delegate, learn and become wiser. And we’re here to tell you that you will be okay.
We promise.
The good news is that we’ve all been through astrological transits, and with this information you’re learning it can only get better. Below are some tips on self care and strategy so you can deal with the issues coming up.
Transit Strategies
Journal
To find clarity and release repressed thoughts try writing freehand after a long day. Let everything pour out onto the page and don’t worry if it doesn’t make sense.
Feel
Feel along to music or binaural beats on Meditative Mind on YouTube to open your heart. A dab of CBD on your tongue will help loosen your mind’s grip on your heartspace too.
Rage
Let go of tension, rage, aggression and anger by moving your body. We recommend swimming (and shouting under water), HiiT, yoga flow, yoga, running, dancing, anything that lifts your heartbeat and gets you moving.
RESTRUCTURE
Especially with Saturn, learn to see what isn’t working and find new ways of doing things. With Pluto transits it’s less about real world concerns and a lot more about the past, the cosmic, the emotional, the depths, the darkness and the crud. Remember that a lotus grows in shit and that your lotus will blossom.
OTHER IDEAS
Listen to spiritual podcasts and read minfulness texts to get things into planetary and cosmic perspective. Join a choir. Start an exercise program. Fall in love with your inner child and write letters to her.
There are also free resources on The Transits, links to practitioners we recommend and to healing sounds and rituals that will help you find your power, depth, authority, beauty and inner peace.
