For greater magnetism, depth and power

We’re big into astrology here, and we all know our signs and houses. We don’t use astrology to predict the future, however, but rather to assure us that we are experiencing something that is affecting our everyday life.
A lot of people going through divorces are feeling the influence of Pluto or Saturn. These are the big guys in astrology, they force us to restructure and transform on deep levels.
When we discover we’re having a Pluto transit, especially, there can be relief and anxiety in equal measure. Relief, because the intense and unusual time you’ve been through suddenly has some sort of context. Anxiety, because you naturally have thoughts about the future and possible impending disasters when Pluto makes another direct hit (Pluto hits your natal planets three times usually, and each time is when the energy of the planet is at its strongest)….
To understand why this Pluto transit is happening to you, you need
Context
What is the astrological atmosphere like in your world right now? Different planets in different signs in your natal chart will react to Pluto differently.
Background
Mapping out your previous life, its strengths and weaknesses, is a necessary step in realising what needs to be thrown away or stripped back and improved upon. Pluto is the planet that loves to do a home renovation — not to simply build a new home, but in order to see what’s lying deep in the earth beneath the actual home. If the soil isn’t healthy and well-tilled, the centre cannot hold.
practices
A variety of tools can help you soften into this intense transit, whilst creating new neural pathways in your mind. Old ways of thinking and being don’t stand up to Pluto transits, so it’s necessary to create new neural sub-structures to rest on, to create new narratives about ourselves and our past. Instead of being overwhelmed and playing the victim, lean into this as an adventure if possible, and enjoy knowing that a variety of tools can in fact help you to create new habits and attitudes.
deconstruction
The most effective thing you can do in a Pluto transit is to unblock and deconstruct. This means getting to the root cause of your behaviors and limiting viewpoints. Oftentimes this means going back to the past through bodywork and other therapies to break the samskaras that have you existing in perpetual reaction to an old trauma. Traumas can be from childhood or even from past lives, which is why people have such a hard time with Pluto transits — many current healing modalities rarely address past life trauma.
Shadow
We also need to examine our shadow side, something that Pluto will force us to do anyway. Instead of stumbling upon your shadow side, why not get in there ahead of universal waves and meet your own shadow. Hot tip: always try and be plutonic in a Pluto transit, go digging and searching with a flashlight, examine what needs examining, or else the universe will force a Plutonic wave upon you in order for you to wake up and see what needs changing.
relaxation
The body can be worn out by Pluto transits. When we are churning and unblocking there are deep changes taking place both in the lower energetic complexes and also above the head where the angels shine. What is happening is that we are preparing to reboot our systems for a new wave of being. This can feel like fatigue, exhaustion or a mild depression.
Kundalini can often awaken, and this passage from root chakra up through the central column can usher in a wave of clearing in the energy body.
You are simply going through an upgrade in order to live a life that allows you to be aligned more fully with your whole and essential self. Often these alignments are centred upon personal power, sexuality, resources and hidden secrets.
