We’re glad you showed up because at The Heartful we want to support womxn in becoming the most radiant, abundant and elevated souls we were born to be. In times of anxiety and uncertainty it’s so important to find your own center. Right now the world is in a massive period of transformation. It might feel like chaos is at an all-time high but there is so much light and divine love available to us right now.
Being quarantined at home can be a challenging proposition, so we’re going to show you how to deep-dive into your subconscious mind to clear any negative patterns and experiences that could still be the GPS in your life. We do this using journaling and neuro-plasticity — it’s a swift and deeply effective way of healing low-vibe modes.
The first half of this course is about deconstruction (going back to your past to feel pain and wounding). The second half is about reconstruction — filling the old spaces of pain with new seeds of radiant growth aligned to your most royal and abundant self. You will uncover any past negativity and limiting self-beliefs that are still running the show. Then you’ll replace these negative aspects and mind-loops with new seeds of quintessence (we will explain).
This is not about spiritual bypassing, which is pretending eveything is fine and you’re immune to feeling pain. This is about finding the negative experiences that are clouding your subsconscious mind (and therefore the choices you unconsciously make in life) — so you can feel them, heal them and reprogram them. The best way to heal a wound, after all, is to feel its full expression. With repetition, three times a week, you can reprogram those old neural loops — this will help you feel like a queen. When your sub-conscious mind integrates new worth you will start to attract high-vibe people, things and experiences into your life.
BUT FIRSTLY…
In times like this we are literally being asked to get still, to drop all our regular programming and face ourselves. In getting still our souls expand — because the soul is always looking for ways to shine and expand (untethered bliss, remember, is the natural state for the soul).
Problem is, we have crammed our lives so full of crap that the soul has been left on the backburner, without an influence on the way we live our lives. When we eventually slow down there is nothing like the light of source to emphasize where we are out of balance. This is what is happening on a global level. To recap:
The world is experiencing The Depths right now.
The deconstruction phase is happening — the churning of the deep, the tilling of the soil.

What is this time of challenge bringing up for you?

If yes to being anxious or fearful, then you need to get in touch with your soul. The soul doesn’t know fear or lack, since it vibrates on the level of love, joy and radiance. The best way to get in contact with your soul is through what I call Quintessence, which we cover in a few chapters.
For now, we listen to this introductory Inner Space Patterning. It’s a warm up, and over the next few days we will start to dive in and target more specific wounds.
